The first two options are for individual clients who are exploring the job market due to layoffs, career dissatisfaction or career reentry.
Option One: Extended Career Coaching Extended career coaching is an arrangement where career explorers can be confident about making the right career decision because of thoughtful introspection, careful research, efficient planning and ongoing support. Sessions take place in person and on the telephone.

Option Two: Career Help
This option is focused on very specific needs e.g. resume preparation, interview strategy, etc.

Resume “Tickler” document to gather information for resume development.
Professionally written resume tailored for client’s unique career path.
Multiple versions of resume for specific industry targets or varied career history, if necessary.
Laser copies of resume with envelopes and matching stationery for cover letters.
CD and emailed copies of all documents to simplify future edits.
Electronic version of resume for internet posting.
Guidelines and assistance in writing cover letters.
Julie also assists clients in writing federal resumes, KSA’s and applying for federal positions.
Option Three: Coaching for Success This is an ongoing coaching arrangement to acclimate client to new work and to ensure successful start.
Julie uses Skillscan and a variety of career focused tools, many of which Julie has developed in her twenty years as a career coach. Julie also uses the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and is a Certified Master Practitioner.
